External Examination

This will inspect the following:

  • Construction of walls and inspection of cracks in masonry, copings and more
  • Position and condition of air vents
  • External valleys and flat roofs
  • Brickwork, mortar, stone, render conditional
  • Condition of external timbers
  • Chimneys and flashings
  • Condition of any remedial DPC installations and integrity of this system
